    Is the online quote binding?

    No. It's initial input we use to prepare a quote - not a final price. We prepare the binding, detailed quote individually after reviewing your submission: floor plans (which give us the floor area, number of rooms, windows, and blinds), investment type, and your construction stage. Filling in the form commits you to nothing.

    What will I get?

    An accurate quote across three variants - Clever, Premium, and Exclusive - tailored individually to your building's floor plans, with a clear price for each variant. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours to walk through it.

    What's the difference in pricing between a new build and a modernization?

    On a new build, automation goes on dedicated wiring - that's the cheaper option. On a modernization, where the wiring is already laid out for classic switches, automation needs modules fitted inside the existing boxes instead of standard inputs, which genuinely raises the cost. That's why investment type is the first question we ask - it affects price more than anything else.

    What's included in a package - is that the price of materials and labour?

    Every package covers the automation materials and setup - the Loxone hardware, configuration, and programming of the system. A higher package includes everything from the one below it, so it's an add-on rather than a separate product. CCTV monitoring, photovoltaics and battery storage, home networking, and garden irrigation are quoted separately - select them in the form if you're interested.

    Do I have to upload floor plans?

    Yes - floor plans (PDF or photos, up to 6 files of max 8 MB each) are required. That's what we use to count circuits, heating zones, shading actuators, and sensors, so without them we can't prepare a reliable quote. Don't have them handy?     At what construction stage should I request a quote?

    The earlier the better - the widest range of options is available before construction and at the shell stage, when the wiring can be planned from the start. It's not a requirement, though: in the form you pick your own stage, including "installations complete". In finished homes we choose solutions that keep construction work to a minimum - wireless components among them.
